Training is Healthcare

A 2-Day Educational Course with Dr. Katie Dabrowski, PT, DPT, CSCS

๐Ÿ“ Kinetic Impact โ€“ San Diego, CA | ๐Ÿ“… August 1โ€“2, 2026

Old Bull Athletics' Co-Owner and Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Katie Dabrowski, PT, DPT, CSCS presents a 2-day educational course bridging the gap between training and rehab, building a deep understanding of how to manage pain regardless of diagnosis. This weekend seminar combines lecture, movement labs, and case breakouts to help rehab providers and trainers build confidence navigating pain, injury, and performance needs across the spectrum of training and rehab.

The worlds of training and rehab are often separated โ€“ but we don't agree with that. In this weekend seminar, Training is Healthcare, the focus is on navigating pain and injury regardless of diagnosis along a training and rehab spectrum. This weekend is all about the ability to rule out red flags and the need for a specific diagnosis โ€“ and once that is done, building the confidence to successfully manage pain and build resilience in our training and rehab clients. It's about connecting with like-minded providers who will not settle for low level, underdosed care. It's about centering the goal of creating a physiological and psychological adaptation with every intervention. It's about realizing a major opportunity for all movement professionals โ€“ trainers, coaches, and rehab providers alike โ€“ is building big picture health improvements to decrease the incidence of musculoskeletal pain and how we can do that together.

Training is Healthcare is about finding patterns and using principles rather than protocols to handle any client, pain, or injury history that comes your way. If you're a trainer or coach looking to build confidence safely managing pain and injury within training, or a rehab provider looking to elevate your strength and conditioning knowledge to enhance your evidence-backed practice โ€“ this course is for you.
