THE STANDARD - coaching, and the business behind it
For coaches earning $75K–$200K who are good at the work and ready to build a business that pays them what they’re worth — without trading more hours to get there.
Kinetic Impact · San Diego, CA · October 17–18, 2026
Do you feel like you’re good at what you do — but you’re still trading your time for money, one hour at a time?
You’re booked solid. Clients get results. But every dollar you make still requires you, physically, in the room. You’re up at 4:45am for a 6am client, and doing it again at 7pm. No matter how good you get, your calendar and your body are the ceiling on what you can earn.
You’re not failing. You’re capped.
Most CE weekends teach you drills and send you home to figure out the business part alone. This one is different: you’ll sharpen your coaching first — because a real business has to be built on real skill — then spend the rest of the weekend building the actual plan. You’ll walk out Sunday with a coaching framework you can use Monday morning, a plan to grow your revenue and add new revenue streams, and a clear path to more freedom in how you spend your time.
This is the KBCU system, live and in one room: the same standard of coaching, thinking, and business we build every certified KBCU coach on. You walk out Sunday coaching at a different level — not just holding a certificate.

You’re a trainer, clinician, or coach making $75K–$200K — good at what you do and ready to be elite at it. You want to learn by doing, get corrected in real time, and leave with a system for the client in front of you and the business behind you.
If you’re only here for the CEUs, or you want to sit through slides without ever picking up a bell, this isn’t your weekend. I’ll tell you that now so we both save the time.

Train the Human comes first because it’s the credibility layer — everything else is built on proof you can already do the work better than you’re doing it now. You sharpen assessment, programming, kettlebell technique, and the pain-conversation framework, live, with correction in real time.
Train the Mind comes second, and it has to come after. You can’t do the honest work of confronting your own ceiling until you’ve spent a day proving to yourself you’re actually good at this. The skill has to come first, or the mindset shift has nothing real to stand on.
Build the Business comes last because it’s the only place it can go. You don’t build a real offer from theory — you build it once you know what you’re actually capable of delivering, and once you’ve cleared the mental block that’s kept you underpricing it.
Most CE weekends stop at the first bucket, or bolt business tactics on out of order so they don’t stick. This arc works because each bucket earns the right to the next one.

These quotes speak to Hunter’s coaching, mentorship, and the KBCU system broadly — not attendance at this specific two-day workshop, which is a new format. They’re included as evidence of what working with Hunter produces.
“We picked up offers back in 2022 that we still run today — they’ve generated us multiple six figures over the years.”
“He helped me learn how to teach cues and programming that meet people where they are — I now deliver to almost 10,000 people every single day.”
“I went from 2,500 followers to 282,000 just on Instagram alone — it’s completely changed my business and my life.”
“I’ve had 15 to 20 clients come directly from KBCU — there’s a certain inherent value he’s instilled in everybody who gravitates toward it.”
M.S., CE-P, RKC · Founder, Kettlebell Coach University
Hunter Crine is a strength coach with a decade of experience coaching and presenting — and a business owner who’s built three separate businesses to six figures or more, including an online business that grossed $1.2M over the past three years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Penn State and a Master’s degree in Sports Science from Hofstra.
He’s worked with athletes from Division One to general population and youth, and built the ability to break down complex training concepts for any background or experience level. He’s the founder of Kettlebell Coach University, where he coaches and mentors hundreds of coaches around the world — teaching them not just how to coach, but how to build the same kind of business behind it.
We’ve handpicked a few of Hunter’s best video appearances so you can see why we’re excited to bring him to San Diego.
