Careers in Strength & Conditioning and Rehabilitation

Turn Your Passion for Movement Into a Sustainable Career

Join a team that's redefining what it means to work in strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation - where quality care, professional growth, and work-life balance aren't just promises, they're our foundation.

Open Positions

We're looking for passionate professionals to join our team. Choose your path:

Strength & Conditioning Coaches

Build a real career in performance coaching with competitive compensation, clear career progression, mentorship, and reasonable caseloads.

  • Competitive pay with advancement structure
  • Protected professional development time
  • Collaborate with PT/Chiro rehab team
  • Work-life balance that's sustainable

Physical Therapists & Chiropractors

Practice clinical excellence in a cash-based model with quality patient care, reasonable caseloads, and integrated rehab-to-performance model.

  • 45-60 minute appointments, 8-12 patients/day max
  • Cash-based/out-of-network practice
  • Business operations handled for you
  • Interdisciplinary team collaboration

Our Mission: Raising the Standards of Healthcare & Performance

The current state of strength and conditioning and rehabilitation is broken.

Coaches are underpaid and overworked.

Clinicians are burnt out and trapped.

Clients and athletes are bouncing between disconnected providers who don't communicate.

Quality is sacrificed for volume.

Passion is crushed by unsustainable systems.

We're done accepting 'that's just how it is.'

Kinetic Impact exists to:

Provide a positive experience with movement for every client - Whether they're recovering from injury, training for performance, or anywhere in between.

Challenge and raise the current standards of healthcare and performance - Prove that quality care, fair compensation, and sustainable careers CAN coexist.

Build careers, not just jobs - Invest in professionals who are committed to excellence and continuous growth.

Create an integrated model - Where rehabilitation and performance aren't separate silos, but a unified continuum of care.

Our Values

Excellence Over Volume

We measure success by client outcomes and professional growth, not how many bodies we push through the door.

Collaboration Over Competition

Our team shares knowledge, supports each other's development, and celebrates collective wins.

Sustainability Over Burnout

We build systems that allow our team to have long, fulfilling careers - not flame out in 5 years.

Evidence-Informed Practice

We stay current with research, challenge our assumptions, and adapt our methods based on outcomes.

People Over Profit

Our clients and team members are humans, not revenue generators. When we take care of people, success follows.

Not Everyone Is a Fit - And That's Okay

Kinetic Impact isn't for everyone. We're building something different, and that requires a specific type of professional.

You might be a great fit if:

  • You're committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • You value quality of care over quantity of clients.
  • You want to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • You're willing to challenge conventional practices when evidence supports it.
  • You see strength and conditioning or rehabilitation as a long-term career, not a stepping stone.
  • You believe clients and athletes deserve better than the current standard.
  • You're coachable and open to feedback.
  • You want to contribute to building something bigger than yourself.

You're probably NOT a fit if:

  • ×You're looking for a 9-5 job where you just clock in and out.
  • ×You're resistant to collaboration or think you have nothing left to learn.
  • ×You prioritize convenience over quality of care.
  • ×You're not willing to invest in your own professional development.
  • ×You see clients as cases or numbers instead of humans.

We're selective because our mission matters. We'd rather have a small team of exceptional professionals than a large team of mediocre ones.

The Application Process

We don't hire based on resumes alone. We want to understand your coaching or clinical philosophy, your goals, and whether there's genuine alignment.

1

Submit Your Application

Answer our pre-interview questions honestly. This helps both of us determine if there's potential fit before investing time in interviews.

2

Initial Interview

If your application resonates, we'll schedule a casual conversation to discuss your background, goals, and our model.

3

Working Interview

Come spend a day at Kinetic Impact. Shadow our team, meet our clients, experience our environment. We'll also want to see you coach or treat.

4
