At Kinetic Impact our focus is on keeping our clients active and pain free. Our holistic approach combines physical therapy and chiropractic techniques to heal injuries faster and optimize health and performance. Each person’s needs are different so every patient visit is a bit different but there a few things you can rely on when visiting our practice:
Unlike many medical doctors or chiropractors we focus on finding and fixing the underlying causes of pain to support long-term wellness. We do not prescribe pain killers to mask your symptoms and have never asked a client to stop doing their favorite activities until the pain goes away. We are also trained to diagnose most conditions without relying on expensive testing such as X-rays or MRIs.
We begin every new patient visit by listening carefully to your symptoms and goals and reviewing how your entire muscular and skeletal system is functioning. Then we create a customized patient plan bringing together the best techniques available including functional movement, joint mobilization, myofascial release, active stretching, cupping and percussion. This layered approach is updated at every visit providing immediate improvement and a personal road map for long-term wellness.
We believe in educating patients through movement and lifestyle modifications so they can take their health into their own hands. All of our rehab and performance programs include homework and recommended modifications for current workout programs so you can stay active and experience continued improvements in strength and mobility.
Unlike quiet, clinical doctor’s offices, we’re located inside a personal training gym filled with energy, music and movement creating a much more enjoyable experience for all our patients.
Think our approach might be right for you? We offer free discovery sessions in-person or via phone so you can get a feel for how we work and see how we can get you back to enjoying a healthy, active lifestyle pain free. Schedule online today by clicking here or call us at (619)695-0688.
